About NEW DITTY











NEW DITTY was formed in late 2007 by Jesse,Corey and Taylor Murray in the town of Plymouth,Ma.They started jammin in their Family home basement and liked what they heard.Drummer Vinnie Malaguti who was in a couple of Bands with Jesse joined and later on Rythym guitarist Shawn O'Kelly from the Band DINIJ was added and the 5 piece sound NEW DITTY was looking for was finalized.They have played in some of the Boston area major venues including.The Paradise Rock Club,The Worcester Palladium,The Middle East Club,The Living room and The New Wave Cafe.They released their self produced CD
- FULL FRONTAL-in the Spring of 2008.The song-RAISIN HELL
is on the 2008 Eclipse Records compilation Cd along with songs from Bands such as SCUM OF the EARTH,Alev and DEAD BY WEDNESDAY.Their Song-BIPOLAR BEAR-is on the free CD that comes with the August issue of METAL EDGE MAGAZINE which features Artist such as SOULFLY and THE MELVINS.They were favorably reviewed in national Music Magazine- The MUSIC CONNECTION.They have been in shows that included such acts as THE MISFITS,DEAD BY WEDNESDAY and THY WILL BE DONE.NEW DITTY is currently working on a new Studio CD and looking to expand their fanbase and of course hoping to be signed by a label in the near future.Come and listen.After all who doesn't like a little-FULL FRONTAL-NEW DITTY
