New songs online now

ubik. has just posted a bunch of songs from our upcoming EP The World Is A Glorious Biomechanical Nightmare, so we've got a bunch of new content online. We're offering up a pre-order for this stuff, so if you like what you hear, you can order at the link below:

The discs will be out in August, and pre-ordering helps the band finance the reproduction.

Songs, songs, demos, and definition

ubik. is feeling the cyqo love-- thanks everyone for the great response here. We're not a huge blogging band (we have our homepage blog fed onto our cyqo homepage), but this is site specific:

We've only got two songs even close to recorded, and they're the ones on our player on the main page. Three more are available, if you're interested, in the sitemap here, but they're mostly live room recordings... it's what we've got lying around.

Also, we've got the songs playing on our website... which isn't new material, but it is higher resolution. The version of External Retraction there is much nicer sounding that anything we can get away with uploading to a host site: it's an 8 minute song, so it got kinda smashed when we tried to make it fit into a 10MB file...

With any luck, we'll have more studio recordings to upload soon. Stay tuned.
