The Wall of Indie

Hey whats up everybody? Just wanted to let you know that Benny and I are sitting here putting the finishing touches on The Cyqo Music Hour Podcast and it sounds pretty good. A lot of great bands, and a solid hour of music.

Some of you might have noticed the new tagging system in place. If not, check out this example http://www.cyqo.com/mp3/2823/Melissa-Paxton/She's-Stronger.htm. So a good tag for this song would be "Country" or "Female Country Artist" etc. Tagging is cool because it gives a lower bound to the site. Somebody who visits Cyqo Music might want to browse all "UK Metal", and with the tagging system in place hopefully we can point them in the right direction. So, go tag!

Finally, I want to let you know that Benny and I have started the "Wall of Indie" which is just one of the walls of the office we have converted into a collage. It consists of all the stickers, notes, pictures, patches etc that have been sent to us. Our plan is that after 5 - 10 years of running the site we will cut out the wall and donate it to a museum.
