The Royal We
The Royal We have been appearing in various venues around Asheville and other Southeastern states since 2001. Several fine musicians from Asheville's ever-talented and ever-growing pool of musicians have played their fine instruments in the different incarnations of the band. Founded and fronted by songwriter / producer / singer / guitarist / thereminist Chris Tanfield, The Royal We has released a handful of 'Live' CD's and self-produced studio EP's over the years. This marks their first 'Official' release on CD, which is also available online at I-Tunes and CD Baby.

o Voice, guitars, bass, drums, and a theremin – a strange electronic instrument from the 1920’s
with a ghostly, spacey sound (plus keyboards at a few shows)

o Yes. After several home-spun CD’s over the years, The Royal We’s first ‘official’ CD was released
in November 2007
