Chapter 47 ...powerrful in your face and louder than a screaming banshee ...Lead guitaris and vocalist Spike formed the band in 2004 with Bass Player Tom Fuller,when the two became neighbors,and ddiscovered they had a similar list of influences(Black Sabbath ,Lynyrd Skynyrd,Rush,Free,Pantera early Metallica,Black Label Society ,Govt Mule)the pair soon realized that it was time to find a drummer.....the eventually (after a short stint with a second guitar palyer and a different drummer)were found by Chris Dlugolucki(actually his wife Kristine answered the ad on My Space without telling him)well before they had even played a note together Spike was positive that he was the man for the job,powerful precise,and deafeningly loud Chris style of drumming(THINK LOMBARDO MEETS VINNIE PAUL) fit in perfectly with Spike and Toms melodic yet crushingly heavy songwriting, a power trio in the purest form Chapter 47 does not dissapoint Live either.always focused on putting on an unbelievable show they hit the stage with more energy than most bands half thier age ....Look for them in 2008 to play small clubs and big backyard parties in 2008 as well as releassing the EP Casualty Report on thier independent label 1189 records |
